Well, Thomas and I didn’t go to Raleigh this weekend. Due to some miscommunication, the parents’ dinner was cancelled, so there really wasn’t a big need to go. We stayed home, and figured we could get Clover from my parents later. I’m kinda disappointed that I missed the Southern Bridal Show. Mom still met up with Thomas’ mom, and his sister to go to it though. Maybe Mom and I will be able to go to one together this Summer - there is one in Georgia in June, and another in August.

So in our free weekend, Thomas and I slept in, made chocolate chip pancakes, watched a movie on TV, went hiking along the Chattahoochee, kayaked, and got some rest time. We’ve both felt sick this past week, and things have been stressful recently, so I think I kinda needed some downtime, though I’m not sure that this weekend was much of a help.

I’ve published photos from last weekend at Amicalola Falls, and our visit to Red Top Mountain. Red Top didn’t impress us as a wedding site, but I think we’re going to take a break from planning for right now anyway.
