Procrastinating
I remember when I was little that I would spend an entire day trying to clean my room. I never really got anywhere with it because I’d focus on the most unimportant parts - like organizing my marker box and testing to see which of my markers had dried up. I usually do much better now when trying to get something done, but today, I felt like I was organizing my marker box again. I really didn’t get much of anything done at all.
Here’s two ways I wasted time…
I bought some new makeup recently called Bare Minerals, yeah, it’s the stuff sold on late night infomercials, but I got it on Amazon.com. It’s supposed to make your face look really smooth. I gave it a try today for the first time. I’m not sure that it really made a difference, but it was quick and easy to apply. I’ll mess with it some more later.
I held my camera out at arms length and spun around in my backyard. This was a huge waste of time, but at least the photo effect turned out neat. I’ll have to try more of these later. Uh, it’s for the sake of photography research. :)

Hi Dallas ~ I use the bareminerals, have for about a year now, it takes some time getting use to it, like mixing the colors to get the right shade but it feels light and it does look natural, I love it, just play with it and see how you like after about a month
Love the picture. Funny, but I was doing almost the same thing yesterday: playing with my toys–taking a self portrait and putting it on the new computer.
Hey Dallas,
I have been using Bare Minerals for about 2 years now and I love it. It feels so light and looks very natural. The best part is that it is actually good for your skin and it has an SPF. It took me about a week to get used to applying it. I think you will love it.
