Fun Monday: Why do you blog?

For this week’s Fun Monday, Lisa at Lisa’s Chaos asked “Why do you blog?” Since I answered something similar a couple of weeks ago, I’ll link to that: J is for Journaling. I hope you check it out.
So this isn’t just a completely content-less entry, one of my favorite things things about my blog - and Thomas’ - is that we can trace our relationship. Unfortunately, my old blog entries are no longer online, so I’ve linked to his versions of the story.

- We met in person - we were specifically NOT on a date
- He’s worth sticking with - if a bus campout didn’t scare him away
- Our first official date - he never wrote the long version, but it was an adventure
- Finally - Thomas proposed (my version)
- Token Ring - Thomas proposed (his version)
- Just Married - He actually posted text, I just had photos

I love the way you described blogging as your fridge door, too true and once my fridge door was full I had to look elsewhere!
Yep, I’d say that J is for Journaling entry pretty much fits the bill. I agree with beccy about the fridge door concept. Fun Monday is a pretty busy blogging day for me, but I’m coming back to click the links, looks like an interesting read.
Oh, I wish I would have been blogging when I first started dating my husband. It would be so great to have post from back then.
It’s great that you can track your relationship that way! All we have are giftsacks full of letters and cards to each other, a lot less organized than a blog would have been.
I so enjoyed reading all the linked stories. I can see it will take me all week to visit everyone but I’m enjoying every minute that why I blog !!
