New Photos Posted

October 20th, 2007 by Sallad

Before our guests arrived last weekend, Thomas and I planted some fresh flowers around the mailbox. We skipped the typical pansies which I hate photographing, and went with something that would attract butterflies and bees. Yeah, our postman really loves us now… We planted Cone Flowers and Anise Hyssop and the bees love them, especially the anise.

I’ve added a few photos to Flickr…and my favorites of the set are posted below.

That little froggy toad is so cute!!! Love the pics, I’m just about to head over to flickr to see some more. You must have the prettiest mailbox in your neighbourhood :)

IMHO, these are some of the best photos you’ve ever taken.

All of those are great nature pictures. Love them! Even though the plants attract bees, those bees usually don’t bother people. It is the wasps and such that are bad. As long as you don’t bother them in pollen picking, they are fine. :)

Thanks for visiting my blog, too, and the compliments on my hair. I’m pretty happy with it. :)
