Theme Thursday: Contrast
January 10th, 2008 by sallad
I took more photos in the lightbox for this week’s photo theme - Contrast.
- Macros with Contrast (10 photos)
These are my favorite two of the set. Yes, I put Clover in the Lightbox. And no, she wasn’t happy with me, but it was worth it to be able to photograph her face since it’s usually too dark.
This photo shows a white ribbon that came off of one of our wedding presents. I thought it was so pretty that I couldn’t throw it away, but I’m not exactly sure what to do with it either. I used black fabric as a backdrop.

Both of these are really great, but I’m totally digging that ribbon one. It rocks!
Beautiful. I love the puppy! You can even see the little bumpys that dogs have on their nose. So cute. Great job. I’m gonna check out the link now.
How did you get so close up on the dog? Very cool pics, I can see why you wanted to save the ribbon!
Love both of them…you did a great job! The b&w contrast on the ribbon is very cool. Your puppy is so cute, too. :)
i LOVE the ribbon shot!
WOW! Look at that doggie. Awsome shot.
i love that you put your dog in a lightbox — that cracks me up! both pics are lovely.
Those are both great! Love how you see the detail on the ribbon, and what a cute puppy face to love on!
Both those pictures are amazing close ups. Beautiful.
I saw Meg’s (Montessori By Hand) light box photo and now these… you really have me motivated to try this.
What an adorable pooch - she is so cute. The photos are both incredible - just great!
Clover is a total cutie cakes!
Those are amazing! I seriously have to try a lightbox…
Amazing photos.
The ribbon photo is very striking.
Great pictures!
i love the catchlights in your dogs eyes. Would be best to see them better in the other eye as well I would imagine, still what a wonderful face!!! :)
OH my…Clover is adorable! But that ribbon photo is fantastic!
Did you make your lightbox? I kind of want to play with one - and I know they are relatively easy to make, but just not there yet…
