Callaway Butterfly Garden
April 16th, 2008 by sallad
Since there was no way that Thomas and I could top our honeymoon, we kept our first anniversary low-key. We spent Saturday at Callaway Gardens, south of Atlanta. We started the day off with a picnic, toured the Butterfly room, and then checked out the azalea garden. It was a beautiful place and a very romantic day. And of course, we took a ton of photos:
- Thomas’ Callaway Garden (52 photos)
- Dallas’ Callaway Garden (47 photos)
These are some of my favorite photos that I took:

I LOVE Callaway Gardens! My family and I vacationed there during MANY summers of my life, so it is quite nostalgic for me…I have been back several times now for teacher conferences every so often, and I just love visiting the Butterfly Pavillion. what fantastic shots…you have an AMAZING eye!

Callaway is such a beautiful place. What a great way to spend an anniversary (: Was that Nutella I saw? Dallas, your photos constantly inspire me. I wish I could take as amazing photos as you do. I still think you should start selling them.
