We learned about a new bird, the Wood Thrush, in our birding class this week, and then when while walking around our neighborhood, we heard it. This bird has a beautiful song.

We learned that he’s only here for the Spring, and is often in the tops of the trees. We followed the song to a top of a tree, and there he was, just singing away. We watched him for a while and snapped a few photos.
