A Game: Where Am I? (Part 1)
Let’s play a game. Next week, I’m going on an adventure and I want you to guess where. Before you guess though, you need some clues…how about photo clues? You can even pick the photos - tell me what you want me to take a photo of.
Here are some ideas with samples - I’ll put these items on the list of photos to take next week, but please give me some other suggestions. These weren’t very creative.
What do you have on your feet?
This is a shot I took last year when I was working in the dirt in our front yard. Would you have guessed from this that I was at home?
What are you eating?
I took this shot a couple Winters ago when visiting my in-laws and trying the country’s signature dish. Would you have guessed I was in Sweden?
What’s the view look like?
This is the view from the highest point on one of the islands I visited on my honeymoon last year. Would you have guessed I was in the Galapagos?
So, as you see, these photos weren’t the best clues for what I was doing at those times. Hopefully a group of photos together will give you enough clues to guess my upcoming adventure. Be clever and give me some good photo inspiration.
I’ll post the photo clues when I get back so you can guess where I was. Then I’ll send a little souvenir to one of the correct guessers and my favorite photo clue suggester. Let the photo clue requesting begin.

How about a photo of the “state” bird or flower.
heh. You were only in one place I can think of that has that kind of clear tropical water; I’d probably have gotten Galapagos.
A “Where am I?” picture of Swedish meatballs is either taken in Sweden, or pathological. ;) (Family recipe…? Are those lingonberries?)
and I remembered the 1st picture, but I forgot it was when you were re-doing the front yard…

How about:
- Picture of local dress. (What people are wearing where you are.)
- Picture of local vegetation.
- Picture of the price of gas where you are going.
- Picture of the types of buildings or homes where you are going.
- Picture of the local wildlife.
Have fun where ever you are going. :)
